It’s hard to believe that the now-complete Living Green Showhouse once stood as nothing but a structure with a beautiful view. We’ve made extraordinary progress since the builder reclaimed the property, and now it’s time to unveil St. Louis Homes & Lifestyles’ premiere green Showhouse.

A group of the city’s talented interior designers have transformed the home’s 27 spaces into stunning, environmentally friendly retreats that promote an eco-minded, healthy lifestyle. Each creatively designed area features striking décor with an eco-conscious point of view. Filled with a variety of recycled, reclaimed and sustainable materials, as well as the newest energy- and water-conserving technologies, each space is sure to impress. Visitors will swoon over the plush natural fabrics, eco-styled furnishings and up-and-coming color palettes.

Beauty is not confined to the interior. The Living Green Showhouse is located in a breathtaking area seemingly chosen by Mother Nature herself. With spectacular views of the grand bluffs of Tapawingo and a rolling terrain dusted with wildlife, the Showhouse is an example of green living at its finest.
