P. Frane Residence - This project involved a new garage and a large two-story addition and renovation to a Webster Groves home originally built in 1910. This project involved a large addition and renovation to a Webster Groves home originally built in 1910. The project called for a two story addition with a full basement, hearthroom, and bedroom suite to be renovated on the interior, while a new garage and bluestone patio with custom brick trim and landscaping were crafted for the exterior of the home. The first floor stucco and second floor cedar shake on the exterior of the garage and new addition were custom matched to the century-old home to preserve its elegant and tasteful style and coloration.
