To escape the stresses of the day, the homeowners of this 123-square-foot quaint bath need not go far. From the gym, you approach a full glass wall that sets the stage for the entrance to this long and narrow bath designed by KBuild Design. Metal blinds partition the rooms.
A glowing stacked-stone wall surrounds the vanity and is the dramatic focal point of the room. The stone is the perfect contrast to the smooth linen pattern on the tile floor. The furniture-style vanity features an open shelf on the bottom for storage of bathroom linens.
The true escape in this bath is the steam shower. At the push of a button, you can melt into a soothing cloud of eucalyptus-scented steam. Covered in 78”x78” onyx tile, the shower is equipped with a 10” square rain showerhead, a handheld shower and body sprays for the ultimate relaxing experience.
Why the judges love it:
Unique and creative, this bathroom is calming and spa-like. The dry stacked-stone wall is a nice anchor for the space. The glass wall that separates the bathroom from the workout room makes the space feel expansive and is very cool!
