St. Louis Homes + Lifestyles Builder & Architect Accolades:
St. Louis Homes + Lifestyles magazine is excited to announce the start of a new annual contest to showcase new and custom homes in the Greater St Louis area:
We invite our local builders and architects to submit any custom/new build completed in the latter half of 2025 through 2026, located in the Greater St. Louis area. (The project must not have been locally published previously, cannot be scheduled for another publication prior to April 2027 and must be taken down from social media upon submitting, company website excluded.)
Submissions will be anonymously presented to builders from all over the Midwest, where they can anonymously cast their votes for each presented category.
The submission deadline for the contest is DECEMBER 11TH. The results will be announced in February. Winners will be showcased in the March 2027 issue.

On the form it will list these same primary requirements:
- Completed list of design suppliers and resources.
- A 100-200 word description of the client's wants and how they were achieved.
- A second, 100 word response about a challenge faced in achieving the client's wants and how it was overcome/achieved
- 6 TOTAL photos of the project - 3 exterior and 3 interior
- Up to 3 8.5x11 floor plans
- Entry fee of $75 for first entry; $50 for each subsequent entry. MAXIMUM 5 ENTRIES PER FIRM. Please mail or hand deliver a check to our office.
