Designed for a classic, tailored aesthetic, this bath employs moldings applied to both cabinet doors and walls for a custom built-in look. The cool blue of Parma Gray covers the cabinets, walls and trim, lending a sense of serenity and uniformity to the bath. Honed Bianca Carrara marble countertops are dressed up with a backsplash cutout detail that aligns with the wall paneling. Satin nickel plumbing fixtures provide a cool neutral blend, while brushed brass cabinet hardware and lighting elements become the “jewelry” of the space.

This formerly dated bathroom has been reimagined as a luxurious and serene retreat. The new layout includes a spacious walk-in closet, an expansive shower, generous vanity space, dedicated linen storage, a separate makeup area and a sculptural freestanding soaking tub. A recessed vanity is framed by an elegant arched opening, while a custom limestone arch introduces the steam shower with a sense of grandeur. Inside, dramatic floor-to-ceiling marble-look slabs offer striking visual impact with the benefit of easy maintenance.

This primary suite was part of a large renovation for a young family of doctors with two children. They both sought a soft, sleek aesthetic, but her Brazilian background influenced some exciting choices. The white painted barn door with a large inset mirror reflects a window and striking floor-to-ceiling European white oak linen cabinets with can inserts and ample storage. The engineered stone countertop features a low backsplash with rounded side splashes that reference the shapes of the vanity’s inset drawer pulls, sink cut outs and vanity lights.

This primary bath redefines the expectations of a traditional suburban remodel. The vision was to create a clean, open and light-filled retreat—one that balances luxury with intentional simplicity. At the heart of the design is a striking wet room concept, seamlessly integrating a curbless shower and a freestanding soaking tub behind a floor-to-ceiling glass panel. Materials were carefully chosen to elevate the space while maintaining warmth and texture. A custom walnut vanity, crafted with grain-matched drawer fronts, anchors the room with natural richness.
