When bringing out the boxes of decorations and working like an elf to deck your halls for the holidays, don't forget to bring a touch of the season to your kitchen. Setting up a display on the kitchen island is an easy way to continue the holiday cheer in a simple, subtle way. Add florals, ribbons, ornaments and more, but don't forget to leave room for holiday food prep or serving. Three local design shops show off their take on a working kitchen-island display in a beautiful kitchen located in the Fischer & Frichtel display home in Enclave Bellerive.

Optimize your kitchen layout by tucking away food items, small appliances and more in a kitchen pantry. Your pantry doesn’t have to be just another set of sliding doors or cabinets. Store in style with pantries to complement every design aesthetic.

Built for her grandfather Ralph Moberly in 1906, the vintage sleigh is the first and most stunning holiday decoration you see when entering Susan Medart’s home. Positioned proudly on a table in her front hall along with vintage family photos and trinkets, each year the sleigh drums up nostalgic memories of the past. Susan’s great-grandmother was a descendent of the Moon Car Company and had the sleigh made for her son to use in the snow. After her grandmother died, the sleigh came to live at Susan’s home, and she had it restored to preserve its historic qualities.
